What to ask before you build
Before spending on a new site, ask three questions: When someone is interested, what's the single next action? Where does that inquiry go? And who is responsible for following up? If you can't answer those cleanly, no amount of visual polish will fix the result.
The good news: adding capture, a smart assistant, and a simple dashboard to a clean site isn't expensive or complicated anymore. It's the difference between a cost and an asset.
